Question: Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product?

Answer: Rookh’s Skincare is made in small batches. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.  All sales are final. 

Please get in touch with us before buying if you have any questions about a specific product.

If your products arrive damaged or broken, please send a photo of the item to info@rookhs.com within 24 hours upon receipt, and we will gladly replace it for you.
